Position Overview:
The Hilton Denver Inverness is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join the Garden Terrace team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences during morning and early afternoon service.
Schedule:
- 4-5 days per week based on business volume.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Availability required on weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a high standard of hospitality at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Uphold Hilton brand standards and service expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a breakfast and/or brunch restaurant setting required.
- Prior Hilton or hotel experience preferred.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
