Property: The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Role (Dual Front-of-House Lead & Service Team Member)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to join our Food & Beverage team in a dual- capacity role. As a Food & Beverage Lead, you will balance high-energy bartending/serving shifts with supervisory shifts as needed. You will be the "anchor" of our bar operations—crafting exceptional cocktails while simultaneously leading team members, managing shift transitions, and ensuring our resort guests receive world-class service. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional who loves the craft of mixology but is ready to step into a leadership position.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Supervise daily bar and outlet operations, including conducting shift briefings, assigning tasks, and managing staff breaks to ensure seamless service.
- Bartending: Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages—including signature cocktails, craft beers, and wines—while maintaining brand-standard recipes and presentation.
- Team Development: Lead and inspire the team through on-the-job training in mixology, service sequences, and guest engagement.
- Guest Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for guest queries and resolutions, ensuring every visitor has a memorable "Hilton" experience.
- Financial & Inventory Oversight: Assist management with inventory restocking, cash handling compliance in POS systems, and driving revenue through effective upselling.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all local alcohol service laws, health and safety regulations, and Hilton brand standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a Food & Beverage department, with a strong background in bartending.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation; proficiency with POS systems (e.g., OnQ or Delphi) is a plus.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain a Colorado Food Handler's Permit and Alcohol Server's Permit.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
Why Join Team Hilton?

- Career Growth: Access to Hilton University and LinkedIn Learning for professional development, plus pathways to senior management.
- Care for All: Wellthy caregiving concierge, mental health support via the Thrive
Global app, and generous paid parental leave.
