About the Job
The Bellman Attendant plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression for guests. This position involves assisting with guest arrivals and departures, handling luggage, parking vehicles, and providing helpful information about the resort and local area. This team member ensures that service is always smooth and friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and vehicles at arrival and departure points in a warm, professional manner.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, following all driving policies.
  • Assist with luggage loading and unloading; transport items to/from guest rooms.
  • Escort guests to the front desk or their guest rooms as requested.
  • Open and close doors for guests entering or leaving the property.
  • Provide helpful information about resort amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Store and retrieve luggage upon guest check-in and check-out.
  • Answer guest questions, offer directions, and deliver requested items to rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in front entrance, bell stand, and guest services areas
  • Collaborate with other departments such as the front desk, housekeeping, and security to meet guest needs.

Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of related hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possess a valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record (no recent moving violations).
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and push/pull carts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional, polite, and guest-focused demeanor.
  • Familiarity with the local area (restaurants, transportation, attractions) is a plus.

Working Conditions:
  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work involves both indoor and outdoor environments, with possible exposure to weather conditions.
  • Position requires frequent lifting, walking, standing, and bending.
  • Must maintain a clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Wage: $18.54 per hour.
